Once upon a time, there was a King who was too vain. He always wanted to wear new suits.

The capital of his Kingdom was very wealthy and attracted many visitors. One day two rascals came to offer the King a wonderful fabric. The weavers said that their fabric was magical, and could only be seen by the smart.

The King was amazed by the weavers. He ordered his court to give the weavers all they needed to make the wonderful fabric.

The King asked his ministers to visit the weavers. He wanted to be sure that the fabric was coming out as beautiful as expected.

The King and his court were enchanted with the quality of the fabric. The King decorated the weavers and decided to use the fabric for one of his suits.

The weavers worked day and night. They used thousands of balls of silk, and yards of gold and silver threads. Finally the suit was ready. The King was so impressed with his new clothes that he decided to wear them for the Christmas parade.

The King marched proudly. All the subjects admired him. However, in the middle of the solemn ceremony an innocent voice dared to say the truth: His Majesty was in his underwear.
